Today, Friday, the Napoli administration completed its contract with the Salernitana defender, to strengthen the ranks of the Italian southern club during the season.
The British news agency PA Media reported that Pasquale Mazzucci (28 years old) had signed for Napoli for 3 and a half years.
She explained that the Naples native will move to Al Janoub Club after participating in 18 matches with Salernitana this season.
Aurelio De Laurentiis, the president of Napoli, was the first to announce the contract with Mauchi, by publishing a post on the “X” network (formerly Twitter), where he wrote: “Welcome, Pasquale.”
After moving to Napoli, the Italian League champion, Mazzucci is expected to become a replacement for right-back Giovanni Di Lorenzo, the team’s captain.
Mazzucci played one international match with the Italian national team, as he participated in the match that the Italian national team won over its Hungarian counterpart 2-0 in the Nations League in September 2022.
