Foden left the Three Lions camp in Germany on Wednesday due to what the England national team described as a "pressing family matter," which was reportedly the birth of his third child.
England signaled Foden's return with a welcome back post on Friday, which included a baby emoji.
"Congratulations and welcome back," the team said in the post on the X platform, along with a video showing Foden walking to the training ground with teammate Jarrod Bowen.
The Premier League Player of the Year started all three games for England in the Euro 2024 group stage.
He is expected to be in the starting lineup for the Round of 16 match against Slovakia in Gelsenkirchen on Sunday.
