Real Madrid is preparing to enter a special race with
Liverpool and Manchester United, to sign an Argentine deal during the
next stage.
According to the Spanish newspaper "Mundo
Deportivo", Real Madrid has expressed interest in including Federico
Redondo, the Argentinos Juniors midfielder.
Redondo (20 years old) was born in Spain and is the son of Fernando Redondo, the former Real Madrid star.
Federico has already represented the first Argentinos
Juniors team and also played for the Argentine U-20 national team in the last World Cup.
In Argentina, some reports indicated the possibility of
Redondo signing for Real Madrid, provided that he arrives at the Merengue this
January, to play with the reserve club Castilla.
It is noteworthy that some media outlets linked Liverpool
and Manchester United to signing the Argentine talent as well.
